EXTERNAL CULTURAL POLICY.

The reputation of any government is determined by many factors. The country cultural potential is the one of the most important. The culture has always been serving the national interests of Russia. It was cultural diplomacy that helped to melt the ice of an unfriendly and obviously prejudiced attitude towards the country. The appointment of Russian culture in the international arena is the Russia authority strengthening, the opened society demonstration and the country greatness.

Russian culture which is accessible to the entire world community is so important that in the beginning of 2000’s the concept of ”External Cultural Policy” was introduced. It’s main task was the formation and strengthening of mutual understanding and trust with foreign countries, development of an equal and mutually beneficial partnership with them building up the participation in the system of international cultural cooperation.

In 2017 was established a non-profit organization «Post-Neo-Pop-Art gallery», witch main task is the Russian art contemporary popularization abroad. Such events with representatives of the arts of other countries provide an opportunity to get to know each other better, share by the cultural achievements of each of the parties, to establish contacts for the further international cultural cooperation. Due to such activities friendship between people becomes stronger.
